I got an email this morning saying that they received the unit I sent in
and would send out he new one. This afternoon I got the notice that they
were sending out my order, but they indicate it is the power head, not a
whole new unit. They had originally offered to send the power head,
but they were out of stock, so they would let me know when they came in.
After more than two months I got realized I was going to have to get
back to them. They were out of stock. She asked me about the beat bar
head and I said that was fine, but since they were still out of stock
they would send me a whole new model. The sent me a shipping box to
courier the old one back to them. Now it looks like the are just
sending the power head, so I won't be able to use it until they ship me
the rest of the parts.

I am waiting to hear back from them.
