You're right. I have to buy my kimchee at the Korean market. Sadly, they only have a few different kinds. My favorite kind is kakkdugi. Cindy Hamilton |

When I told my wife that, she said that her mom did that. I have made fresh kim chee. My wife told me it was just like her mom made it. "Just like your mom made" is pretty much where you want to be. My wife likes fresh kim chee but one of the most sublime dish we ever had was fried pork belly with 6 month old kim chee. We had it at a pancake house.... |
