The what ifs of history can drive you crazy if you think about it too much.

It seemed to have been 'yes' by older people, unfortunately younger
didn't exercise their franchise. Now it is an awful mess and
hopefully somehow they will 'remain'. I don't see Farage bragging
anymore about his hand in it all, he should be shot as a traitor.

If they want to get out, that's up to them, but the way they're doing
it is embarassing. And the majority don't even want it anymore.

Our prime minister is embarrassing. The majority voted to leave.

Why do you expect May to get a good package from the EU when they had
the upper hand in the bargaining??? I think she has stayed calm and
done the best possible deal in the circumstances. I am deeply sorry
for the future of young people in the UK, they will reap the result of
old people voting and making a terrible future for them.

Fact remains, old people cast a pall on the future of the youth, their
own descendants in many instances.

All I'm saying is that if you hold a second referendum, "remain" would
win. People understand better what the implications are.

All I'm saying is that if you hold a second referendum, "remain" would
win. People understand better what the implications are.
==

Gosh! I didn't know you were psychic!

Did you know that all the polls before the referendum decided remain would
win?

That's why leavers are so afraid of a second referendum. They know,
just like you and I do, what the outcome would be

Same with Trump. Hissy fit voting is always underestimated, it seems.

From a business point of view, I benefit from a high value of the euro
compared to the Australian dollar. This amateurish horsing around in
the UK probably won't help me. Apart from that, if you guys want to
pull the plug on your island, that's all up to you.

It is always possible but I hope not. As I said, why would we want to go
down the EU path, of having continuing to have referenda until the right
answer is given?

I would feel the same even if my side lost! I care about democracy you see!

Well, the politicians don't seem to be able to sort this mess out, so
back to the people? And the question could be multi-pronged this time.
No Deal, May's Deal, No Brexit. Maybe there's a 4th and a 5th option
as well.
