I found a farm when they had fertile duck eggs so I got a couple dozen. The farmer threw in a double yolk goose egg. My mother used it to make her light fruitcakes and had more than enough for the recipe that calls for 8 eggs. My mother in law then used the empty shell to make a sort of Christmas tree decoration diorama. |
