Salt
I been watching a show about a girl who "thinks she knows", so made a
documentary. It's a four parter and the host is some Iranian girl who travels the globe in search of answers. It's called Fat Salt Acid Heat. It's kinda informative. For instance, Japan has a shop that tries to sell Japan's 4,000 kinds of salt! Who knew? Back home, in Berkeley, CA, she goes to the Berkeley Bowl, and talks about fresh produce.
