Default Salt

I been watching a show about a girl who "thinks she knows", so made a
documentary. It's a four parter and the host is some Iranian girl who
travels the globe in search of answers. It's called Fat Salt Acid Heat.

It's kinda informative. For instance, Japan has a shop that tries to
sell Japan's 4,000 kinds of salt! Who knew?

Back home, in Berkeley, CA, she goes to the Berkeley Bowl, and talks
about fresh produce. She even talks about BB's salt selection.

Now appearing on Netflix.

I have watched all 4 episodes and enjoyed them very much. I like the fact that she can communicate with people in their own language. Very watchable and educational.

If you take an ace inhibitor don't use salt with potasium in it.

I do use the big flake Kosher salt occasionally but for normal
use I just buy the generic versions of plain old Morton Salt. The
super fine "popcorn salt" is useful for a few things. This is
what you get from those little salt packets from McDonalds. The
few times I go to McD, I'll collect a few and save them.
