Last night, we had pulled pork and squash. Squash is pretty good eats. I never knew that.

The squash I made was called spaghetti squash. It's a funny name but it comes pre-spiralized. That's some handy squash!

It pretty much tastes like any other squash but it's a fun food to try at least once. I'll probably fry up some with garlic and have it for breakfast. The thing about squash is that it seems to be expensive for what you get.

Well I don't know. I just make things the D likes. I am boring, I don't
eat most things but ... I love to cook and he loves what I cook That is

then shredded with a fork so the flesh looks a bit like spaghetti
noodles. I've never cared for it because no matter how you cook it,
it's crunchy.

There are many different types of squash other than zucchini/courgettes
which is a summer squash. I make a baked yellow squash casserole (also
considered a summer squash) which is quite delicious. I make soup using
roasted butternut (which is a considered hard shelled winter squash).
Baked acorn squash, also considered hard shelled. All very tasty.

We mostly grow our own. We like all kinds of squash, summer types and
winter types but we really don't care for ****ghetti squash. Here you
