OK if I find one I will give it a try ![]() It pretty much tastes like any other squash but it's a fun food to try at least once. I'll probably fry up some with garlic and have it for breakfast. The thing about squash is that it seems to be expensive for what you get. |

There are many different types of squash other than zucchini/courgettes which is a summer squash. I make a baked yellow squash casserole (also considered a summer squash) which is quite delicious.
