Default Apple tart

I jes finished baking an apple tart. Not a great tart, but good enough!

It was made in a Chicago Baking tart pan, used a stone-ground flour
crust, but fer filling I had a 20oz can of Kroger's Apple Pie Filling
that needed to get used up.

Tomorrow, I'll try this tart:

.....I like that it's a custard-based pie. Tart made in a springform
pan? I never! OTOH, who has? I usta make berry tarts with a pastry
cream filling.
