I notice the video said to peel the apples with a paring knife. If I did
that I'd have an apple the size of a marble. I've never mastered using a
paring knife to peel anything but give me a vegetable peeler and I'll still
have something resembling an apple when it's skin is history.

This is the first time I've ever seen a silicone springform pan.
