greetings,
yesterday i was walking around chinatown and saw one chinese store selling dried snake. does anyone know any recipes for dried snakes. it was rolled up, but if you unroll it i'd say it's close to 2 feet long. thanks |

While fresh snakes are a very popular food in some parts of the world, dried ones are used mainly in traditional Chinese medicine, not cookery. Victor |
