There's a new sheriff in town If I were standing in front of you I'd probably be punching you in your face. This has nothing to do with "The Cheap Chinese". Landlords of all races are frugal with their properties. You're just an obnoxious, racist asshole. -sw |

I'll give my landlord this: when our water heater shot craps he had it professionally replaced and the new one works great! But to let his handyman dump gloppy black roofing tar all over the beautiful red clay tiles... John Kuthe... |

That can be good or bad but most collage kids will look up to an adult that is not their parent. He may be just what the kids need. As I've stated before, John is not buying a house, he is buying a lifestyle. Could even be a reality TV show in 2019. Students of St. St. Louis or College Kamp Out or Student Sleepover. Maybe it will be Morals Decending. In spite of the ridicule, I really hope he is successful and even has a positive influence on the kids. Given his degrees, he would at least encourage them to get an education. |

I'fe said to some already I only have two rules to shared living. 1. Pay the rent and utilities on time. and 2. Respect your fellow housemates and their property. I don't have too many undergraduates, more graduate student types who are generally more mature. Not that we never had drunken parties! > > As I've stated before, John is not buying a house, he is buying a > lifestyle. Could even be a reality TV show in 2019. You missed a beat. It's the land owners he calls that, not the fellow tennants -- |
