properties. Some are cheap. Some are downright slumlords.

But not all landlords fit any of these descriptions.

I don't think this is the typical landlord situation. John is more than
landlord, he is surrogate parent. That can be good or bad but most
collage kids will look up to an adult that is not their parent. He may
be just what the kids need.

As I've stated before, John is not buying a house, he is buying a
lifestyle. Could even be a reality TV show in 2019. Students of St.
St. Louis or College Kamp Out or Student Sleepover. Maybe it will be
Morals Decending.

In spite of the ridicule, I really hope he is successful and even has a
positive influence on the kids. Given his degrees, he would at least
encourage them to get an education.

I try to stress that this is not a role I wish to play. I'fe said to some already I only have two rules to shared living. 1. Pay the rent and utilities on time. and 2. Respect your fellow housemates and their property. I don't have too many undergraduates, more graduate student types who are generally more mature. Not that we never had drunken parties!
