Default Dinner tonight... Sheperd"s Pie

It's been a long hard day. I have put in 8 hours of hard physical work
setting up for our local art festival that I somehow managed to get way
too involved in. My wife had picked up some ground lamb and we decided
to make Sheperd's pie. I boiled up and mashed some potatoes and them
more or less faked a recipe for and then assembled it. She took over
the rest of it, and it should be ready any minute now. A couple minutes
ago she walked into the kitchen and I heard her say " Mmmmmmm smells
great."

I love Shepherd's Pie! (Remind me to look for ground lamb.) I hope you
enjoyed it.
