Default Looking for milk powder

I'm trying to find a gluten, soy, rice and dairy free milk powder. I've
found liquids in the grocery but they only last a week after opening and I
use milk only for cooking and then seldom.

I found a Vance product with Google but can't get their web site to
purchase it with Firefox. Something about scripts. Other sites I've tried
have same problem or product is not available, as with Amazon.

Any other products?

I believe what he was saying was "I found a Vance product with Google,
but when I followed the link to the vendor's site, it would not play
well with Firefox." I suspect he's got the security on his browser
set too high. Alternatively, if he's got Windows, he could use the
native browser just for this transaction.

Before anyone gets all excited at my posting here, I am only doing this to
help Ken and I do not know of any other way to contact him.

I am quite familiar with gluten free baking, especially in a bread machine
and I can tell you that it is really more trouble than it is worth. The end
results are usually not what you'd want to eat. If you are able to have
corn, try hot water cornbread. It's a little more like pancakes than bread

daughter used to get the chocolate flavor to make hot chocolate. We wound up
having to throw the coffee cups out. The stuff leaves a weird powdery
residue that can not be wiped or washed away. We tried everything. And the
product in and of itself is sickly sweet. So unless you are making a
dessert, it will make your food taste strange. We just didn't like it at
all.

I have a product here that might work for you although it does have sugar in
it and I thought I had read that you were to avoid sugar. It is the Native
Forest brand of Coconut Milk Powder. The ingredients a Coconut Milk,
Tapioca Syrup, Sugar Esters (plant based).

I used this product over the summer to make some vegan lemon and coconut
donuts. They were very good but a lot of work so I likely won't make them
again. I had to mail order this, and I can't remember where I got it from. I
had to order quite a lot of it. I still have three pouches of it that I will
likely never use. I don't need it now as I can have dairy. The pouches have
an expiration date of Jan 20 2018.

I can send them to you if you'd like as they are probably of no use to me

There are a lot of different brands. Not all are dairy free though.

I am among the alive. I was not well for some time and now recovering from a
side effect of a medication. So not really well, but alive. You may have the
cream. I didn't grow up eating the stuff and never developed a taste for it.
First time I had it was at a class camping trip. They served us dry cereal
and cream. No thank you!
