I made Chinese Chicken and Corn Soup last night and it was
surprisingly easy. I'll put it on my short list to dig out the next
time I see shredded chicken in the deli case.

I prefer to cook early morning. Once I retire completely I'll be trying
many more things. For now, my big cooking time is days off only.

PS - the Chinese Chicken and corn soup looks tasty. Sounds tasty, at
least.
