Default Dinner the other day

Pulled pork with eastern NC BBQ sauce on a bun with homemade coleslaw.
Homemade fries too. Potato nuked to 1/2 done then cut into fries
and finished by deep frying in oil. yum

This was actually 2 dinners and a lunch. For 2nd dinner and lunch
I ate Pringles "sour cream and onion" chips rather than the fries.

And I thank Sheldon for the Pringles headsup. Several weeks ago he went
on one of his long rants that ended with how Pringles aren't real potato
chips. True, but he reminded me of them and how much I liked them way
back years ago. So I bought a can and I've been addicted to them ever
since. Just the sour cream & onion flavor though...I don't care for the
other flavors.

Luckily, they've been on sale lately. heheh
