Default Also lunch for me today

I made up a batch of 8 burritoes yesterday. They're very good and
filling.

- 8-pak of 10" tortillas. Each one heated briefly when assembling.
- 15 oz can of black beans, drained and mashed
- 15 oz can of refried beans
- one pound of ground beef fried with worchestershire then chopped
- one very large yellow onion chopped and kept raw.
That's good for the crunch and also the bite
- large jar of medium salsa
- 8 oz bar of extra sharp cheddar shredded.
- I don't think I've forgotten any ingredient :-o

It's a good thing. They are thick too so you need to eat with a fork
and not hold them in your hands. When reheating, you can top with some
enchilada sauce and eat with sour cream too.

Every time I make these, I wonder why I don't make them more often.

I make similar but just one at a time. I often use only beans and try to use
white onion if I have it. Also taco sauce inside.
