Welcome and agree, hot just for the point of hot, doesn't appeal here at all. I do like the occasional true korean kimchee levels, but that's a one off. I'd say I make 'spicy' often but my version others would more properly define as 'savory' meaning i use many spices for a depth level but not 'HOT' at all very often. -- |
