![]() Dutch (Deutsche) Baby aka: German Pancake - which is a breakfast souffle. Very easy to make. Grandchildren (ages 2 & 5) helped by cracking eggs, stirring the batter and even cutting up strawberries. It was served with a choice of macerated strawberries or (real) maple syrup.
