I'm not going back through all your posts, however:
All this stuff you buy from Amazon - is meat and vegetables or other
stuff? What about your 10 diet sodas per day?

That sounds good to me, although I'm not familiar with Mayocoba beans.
I'd probably get picky about the quality of the Salsa Verde and
chicken broth though.

You criminally STALK and ABUSE women, you sick little dwarfy man!

Here's what you did when you went all over the Usenet impersonating the
well-liked regular named "sf" and posting all her personal data on the
net against her will, including her:

* home address
* age
* cell phone number
* husband's name

etc.

YOU did that, you evil *******!

And then you had the hubris to actually GLOAT about in public saying:

She should call the cops. I've already publicly admitted it is me so
a conviction should be a piece of cake and then forging would stop.
So what's stopping her? I think she suffers from Bovism - she just
loves the attention and drama and screw the rest of the group.

And before that you literally stalked poor Omelet, a local Auustin
favorite, right off the Usenet!

In your worst moment ever you actually begged her to KILL you:

came back with, not an apology, nor the slightest remorse, just this:

But we all know that's only because you cower over there in mortal fear

You're _so done_ here virus, I mean really ****ing done.

I'm making you a project like no other, expect a lot more of your evil

Goat's milk is an excellent alternative for those who can't tolerate
cow milk.

Most of what I buy from Amazon isn't food. I was getting groceries prior
and yes, mostly fresh produce but some meat. I no longer do now that they
charge a yearly fee for the service. And diet sodas are fine.

Not for many of us, it isn't. We get just as sick from it. And it is still
dairy.

Actually it does, although I agree regarding organic. An expensive food will not survive if it is not good.

However, there are lots of cheap foods that are excellent. Unfortunately too many of them have been "discovered" and are now pricey.

Diet sodas are NOT fine, and this is an example of why I question your
judgment on what constitutes a healthy diet. But we've been here
before a few times now...

Bullshit!

Plenty of "diet sodas" are fine!

http://www.buzzfeed.com/venessawong/...ose#.nxl3pM2Q3

For now, the FDA limits safe consumption of sucralose to the equivalent
of 23 packets of Splenda daily for a 132-pound person.

https://examine.com/faq/is-diet-soda-bad-for-you/

There are no studies that indicate any long-term health risks from
drinking diet soda. Diet Soda (defined as calorie free carbonated
beverages sweetened with aspartame, sucralose, acesulfame-potassium, or
other non-caloric or minimally caloric sweeteners) is not harmful to
health, well-being, or body composition.[1]

There is no evidence that diet soda inhibits fat loss, or that it even
spikes insulin levels to levels that would be detrimental to health.

Why not?

Diet sodas are not fine, especially in the quantities you drink, and for as
much as you berate others for not being up to par on their cholesterol
knowledge, you sure aren't up to date on the latest findings regarding
daily consumption of diet sodas.

I tried Stevia but didn't like it at all. My brother likes it.
I find Splenda to be quite good, kind of reminds me of the old Ipana toothpaste of years gone by.
I'm not diabetic but my one GF is. Splenda works well in baked goods that we both enjoy.

Expensive for one thing. Does not come in flavors that appeal. And I won't
consume Stevia. This is why. And before anyone says it is a quack website,
there are plenty of other sites saying the same thing.

I only use it occasionally for cranberry relish because Aspartame can't be
cooked.

You, and your 12-pack of Diet Coke with Lime you consume each and every

It's a LOT safer than Aspartame, period.

Aspartame is definitely bad news. Such is the power of the drug and
chemical lobbies that they can buy the approval of the FDA.

There were a couple of years where I kept 'sugar free' gum in the car,
which I'd chew on long trips, mostly. It took a while before I
realised it was making me somewhat more aggressive and shorter
tempered. The ingredient list on the packet of gum was so tiny, it
wasn't until I got suspicious that I got a magnifying glass to read
that it contained aspartame. This shit should be banned, and I'm sure
it will be... eventually, when they come up with a new chemical to
market.

No Plenty of info available on Aspartame for the past decade at the
least. Here's something from the FDA, circa 1995:

Scary stuff! My lunch was a microwaved hot dog and a can of Coke. No
Aspartame at all! It's not a very good lunch but it's good enough and
dirt cheap. The Coke seems awfully sweet but I'm feeling like a million
bucks now. Thanks HFCS!

I don't particularly like hot dogs or Coke. Curious as it may seem, on
the rare occasion I have a hot dog, I crave Coke. It is the perfect
drink with a hot dog.
