Default "Fresh Thyme Farmers Markets"

Has anyone ever been to one? Impressions?

These are not farmers' markets but variations on the Whole Foods theme.
The management of the former Sunflower Farmers Markets was bankrolled to
start these in the Midwest, after Sunflower was bought out by Sprouts.

Other defunct stores on this theme were Wild Oats and Henry's Farmers
Markets

The stores have an open floorplan, and have a hefty health food section
as well as bulk foods. The produce tends to be cheap rather than "fresh
from the farm."
