Default Harris Teeter? (a grocery store)

Word has it, since Publix vacated their old (approx, IIRC) 35,000 sq.
ft. store and built a much larger store across the street, Harris Teeter
is thinking of opening a store in the old space.

I've only heard of Harris Teeter because it's been mentioned here a few
times over the years.

If you're familiar with the store, got any thoughts about it? Good,
bad, indifferent?

I'd really rather not see that space sit empty for a few more years.
It's a good location. Easier to get to than the new Publix, too.
