Interesting. Except my cookies...melted mix of butter and oleo...look like a mix
of "bread flour" and "chilled 2 hours," neither of which are my recipe. Still, I
can see the usefulness of the cookie chart for a baker who hasn't yet found
what they consider to be the perfect CC cookie.
