Default Cedar planked salmon

Grillin' and chillin'. Yesterday I acquired a sadly neglected HUGE 6
burner gas grill. After a lot of elbow grease, it was ready for
grilling on tonight. I cranked up 4 of the burners and made cedar

and grilled romaine and scallions.

The last few minutes I put some fresh dill on the plank but don't
think it made any difference.

I brought the salmon in, plank and all and placed it on a cutting
board. My house still smells so nice from the cedar plank.

Tomorrow I'll polish up the outside of the grill and it will be as
good as new.
