You lucky girl acquiring a big bbq like that! I have cedar planks,
but haven't used them yet because truth be told - I can't stand the
smell of cedar and I'm afraid it will ruin whatever I cook on it.
Other than the cedar part, your meal sounds wonderful (planks come in
other flavors and I'm not against the concept of planking fish).
I've been wondering lately if you're still using that salt block and
now I'm wondering if you'll use it on your grill. From what I've
read, it will work.
