Default Red Gravy for Valentine's day

I'm going to have my bestest friends (all singles ) for Valentine's Day dinner tomorrow.

I asked what everybody wanted for dinner and they all said spaghetti and meatballs.(mine's pretty good) so I'm making a hefty Sunday Gravy with some beef bones etc in the cooking and adding my homemade meatbals with ground beef, ground pork and hot italian sausage. I'll start cooking it tomorrow morning so it goes low and slow in the oven to reduce and caramelize a little.

They are bringing dessert so I don't have a clue what that will be.

But with this dinner, good red wine and a beautiful rosemary bread, who cares!!

I hope everyone has a great Valentine's Day !

I have no set in stone plans. I picked up steaks but there is a possibility
that they'll have steak for lunch so I bought some chicken breasts as a
backup. There is also a Winco Pepperoni pizza if they want that. And I
took some beef soup out of the freezer. I let Angela choose a dessert from
Winco and she got a small cake. I have all sorts of veggies both raw and
canned.
