I did ask and the trick is to use a really low heat. He told me to set my
pan on 3. I had been using 5. He also said that he felt that the tortillas had nothing to do with it and that my brand was fine. So... There you have it! Oh he also uses the flat grill which I don't have. |

My mom used to have a flat grill/griddle pan. I made one last night and it was perfect. Lifted right out of the pan with no breaking. |
