Sorry no fancy pictures.
I had some chicken to use up, deboned legs and so on mixed pack. So I started a kinda asian dish with May Ploy and Jufran Banana sauce and a bit of spiced vinegar. Dunkede it all in a pan to meld for a bit after cutting the chicken to bite size (larger bite, not mini ones). On stirring it was a bit hot. I didnt mind but i am feeding 2 others who are not fans of hot. Grin, Charlotte (daughter) agreed it was hotter than she preferred so we fixed it with Heinz Ketchup. I have never used Ketchup in a dish before. Maybe that is silly to some of you but it is not part of my cookery. Anyways, may be old hat to many of you, but was not to me. -- |
