I know how much we can consume without pigging out. That's the amount I cook and that's what goes on the plate if I was requested to make extra for lunch the following day. Hubby and I had a discussion about portions just the other day that began with hubby saying "you know me better than I know myself". -- Avoid cutting yourself when slicing vegetables by getting someone else to hold them. |
