I'm thinking that's the case. I also don't buy or cook more than I
think I can consume in what I consider a reasonable amount of time.
As far as portion control goes: you're absolutely spot on. I know how
much we can consume without pigging out. That's the amount I cook and
that's what goes on the plate if I was requested to make extra for
lunch the following day. Hubby and I had a discussion about portions
just the other day that began with hubby saying "you know me better
than I know myself".
