This may be old news to you but I just saw it on FB. Take pancake batter
and put it in your pan in a long shape, just longer and wider than a strip of bacon. Lay a strip of cooked bacon on it then drizzle more batter over the top. Cook on both sides. Pick up to eat and dip in maple syrup. The pic showed the syrup in a canning jar. It would seem that canning jars are the hot vessel now. They are using them for everything. Salad, cakes, sundaes, milkshakes, you name it. |
