Default What constitutes "Brooklyn Spaghetti and Meatballs"?

I was at Denny's this am, having the Senior Fit Fare b'fast - ( not a bad deal, by the way.) The regular menu mentioned "Brooklyn Spaghetti and Meatballs", asked waitress what was "Brooklyn" about it - hadn't a clue. Any ideas?
