Stuffed works but I'd much prefer pork sausage, I don't much care for
crustaceans.

Thanks for the recipe. I see cheyote all the time here and never knew
what to do with it. Now I have an idea.

When we were in Huatulco, Mexico last week, we visited a butterfly farm
where they had iguanas. DH was feeding them something that looked like
slices of green apple. It was cheyote.

Iguanas love cheyote!
