Chayote Salad

Asian Pear (Chayote) Salad

1 Asian pear
salt, pepper
sugar
rice wine vinegar
sesame seed oil
red radish for garnish
cilantro for garnish


Peel and shred into long thin strands.Salt and pepper to taste and make
sweet and sour with sugar and
vinegar to taste.Add a dash of sesame seed oil. Garnish with chopped
cilantro and shredded red radish.
Serves 4.
