I'm preparing my grocery list. Publix has veal shoulder blade steaks on
sale at $3.99/lb. I like veal, sue me. Veal is often prohibitively expensive. This seems like a good price. I've never bought this particular cut of veal before. I know it contains bones; it's thinly cut from the shoulder roast. From what I can quickly ascertain by reading about the cut online, they're good for braising or pan frying. Any comments? Jill |
