Default Dale's Raw Protein Bars

Can't remember who put the link up to this company but these are great! I
just got my order today. I got the chocolate peanut butter but they also
have coconut in them. I don't get a peanut butter taste but one of some
sort of nut that I can't put my finger on. They taste like an Almond Joy
without all the sweetness. Just wonderful! Expensive though so I won't be
getting these often but these will make a great quick portable meal.

That was me. I'm glad that you like them - they've become a staple in
our house, healthy food you can eat on the go. Here's the link:

http://www.mcssl.com/app?af=1557995

That uses my affiliate ID. If anyone wants to bypass my affiliate link
and just go to the web site directly, it's http://dalesrawfoods.com
(Price is the same either way.)

They come in basically three kinds which, for lack of a better way to
put it, I'd call low, medium, and high carb. The low-carb ones are just
that, the "classic" ones are medium, and the "breakfast" and "energy"
bars are the highest in carbs. They're about as healthy as I could
imagine - dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, organic, etc.

The bars are all made to order after you order them, and they are more
perishable because they have no preservatives, but they still last a
month or more on the kitchen counter. We keep some in the fridge, some
in the freezer, and I usually take them out a few at a time because I
like the way they taste best when they're at room temperature. If
you're going to have them for a while, refrigerate or freeze them.

They are definitely more expensive than what you'll find in the grocery
store but you get what you pay for. And I'm not saying there isn't
anything similar out there, but I haven't heard of it if there is.
Always check under Special Offers at the top right - I'd say about half
the time you can find something there. I just bought a bunch more and
used the 25% off they're currently running, also free shipping if you
buy 2 or more boxes in total. I just did the math - with the 25% off
and free shipping, I paid $2.31 per bar.

Last but not least, the vanilla cashew in the most popular flavor, and
although I didn't think it would be mine, it is I just ordered 6 boxes,
and 3 of them were vanilla cashew.

Thanks! I am not much into the vanilla flavor but daughter is. She doesn't
much like chocolate though. I will look again but... Most contain almonds
which we can not eat. I do know how to make raw food bars but they are a
PITA and my kitchen just really isn't big enough to keep the dehydrator in
it.

They do use almonds a lot - excellent nutritional profile. And I agree
that the chocolate flavors aren't great - they taste fine, but they
don't really taste like the flavor they're called. The breakfast bars
are tasty - blueberry and the other fruit flavors are all good. That's
why I just got vanilla cashew and breakfast bars this time around.
