Thanks but I don't buy that sort of greens and there is no way I would do
that! Blow air into the bag? How unsanitary is that? Plus I don't have
room in my fridge for a bag full of air.

Keeps better when acidified... simply toss with a bit of plain white
vinegar, or the juice of a lemon.
