Quite a few of the Chinese takeout joints in and around St. Louis have duck fried rice, and a few also have duck legs, but most of them that have duck parts have the full compliment. You can get a side order of duck meat, which is from the torso/thigh, or you can get duck leg, duck wing (my favorite), duck neck, or duck end. That's what they call it; not duck tail, but "duck end."

Is anyone else in another city ever seen "duck end" on a Chinese takeout menu, or is this another St. Louis peculiarity? Notice the other strange thing on the menu, St. Paul Sandwich.
