Duck end

Quite a few of the Chinese takeout joints in and around St. Louis have duck fried rice, and a few also have duck legs, but most of them that have duck parts have the full compliment. You can get a side order of duck meat, which is from the torso/thigh, or you can get duck leg, duck wing (my favorite), duck neck, or duck end. That's what they call it; not duck tail, but "duck end."

http://www.allmenus.com/mo/universit...hong-wah/menu/ (This is an old menu, as prices have gone up.)

Is anyone else in another city ever seen "duck end" on a Chinese takeout menu, or is this another St. Louis peculiarity? Notice the other strange thing on the menu, St. Paul Sandwich. It is hideous.

Bryan suffers from delusions that his point of veiw is a universal
objective standard constant, when really it's merely his own
subjective opinion.

If you read carefully, you would see that it is tail, or as you say, butt.

That's basically just steak tartare, though only a complete pig would use whole raw egg instead of only egg yolks. I happen to not like rye, but for someone who did, and assuming only yolks were used, that doesn't sound off. The mix of things in a St. Paul is dreadful.

Anything is better than suffering the psychological trauma of only getting your dick wet in the shower, or if you tip your kayak.

You shouldn't encourage him. His postings have gone way down since I started my enforcement. Let's keep it that way. Take joy in knowing that his existence is pathetic at this point. He would need to relocate and change his name to get a decent job at this point. Or choose yet another "career" (read: get the education; get an entry level job; wash out because he's one of "those" people who co-workers are instantly repelled by). I've heard the stories from others. He's repulsive to any employer within a week. Nursing? Jesus, he never had a chance. With his..."personality"...he would have been okay in IT. Except he was really just not talented enough. I could feel bad about somebody so ill suited to getting along with people in work environments. But he's such a complete douche-nozzle that I delight in the failure that is his life. Johny...are you?

I know you think you've lost so much that you can't lose any more. That's not true John Kuthe, BSN. Shut it.
