Default Peas and Bacon

I just saw Lidia Bastianich make this and oh boy did it look good! She used
frozen green peas, pancetta and onion, both of which were chopped. She
cooked those first until the bacon was rendered then added the peas. Dang!
I wish I had bacon now. Looked sooo good! I do have a jar of bacon bits
but I don't think those would work.

Too bad you didn't go to the website and get a recipe link. Was it
anything like this?

No. I didn't get a recipe because it was very straight forward. She
chopped the pancetta and onion, cooked it together, added the peas and I
think a very small amount of salt. No olive oil. No parsley. No broth
that I remember.

The recipe link would be so people would know what you're talking
about.
