![]() Have you made Vinho d'Alhos (Portuguese Marinated Roast)? I've been looking at recipes and it seems delicious! -- Food is an important part of a balanced diet. |

My suggestion is that you make one of those recipes and after cooking the pork, fry it in a skillet with some oil. Squish it down a little and flip it over when it's brown and crispy on one side and brown the other side. Splash it with a good hit of vinegar right before you take it out. I love that stuff! I always have that for breakfast. |

I stuck a pork butt in the oven this morning and it's been in that 200 degree oven all day. I'll have it on tortillas with some beans. Boy, that's gonna be tasty! |

Those guys at the pork butt factory really inject a lot of water in those butts because I get a lot of pan juices when I cook one of them. I shredded the pork and mixed together the juices, some ketchup, Pico Pica hot sauce, and shoyu, and poured it over the pork. Boy was it great! I only shredded half the butt so we'll pan fry the rest till it's crispy tonight. Hopefully, it'll be as good. :-) |
