Default Texas de Brazil restaraunts

Ever been? Brazilian bbq theme.

I went to the one in Fairfax VA. $40 flat fee for a dinner. An
AMAZING array of appetizers, salads, etc (salmon, artichokes, way
more).

Then, once seated, you get a wooden dowell ~3" long, one end green,
one red. Place the green side up, and multiple gouchos apprear
sequntially with an amazing variety of meats on a skewer: filet
mignon, sirloin, flank steak (my fav), pork, turkey, chicken, sausage,
lamb, I forget what else. They give you a little tong and as they
slice it off the skewer you grab it onto your plate. When you're
about to puke, you turn the dowel red-side up and the guachos back off
a bit. Then, you turn the green side up, and the gouchos reappear.

A good scarfing/dining experience.
