Texas de Brazil is good, but I think Fogo de Chao is better. I've been
to Fogo in Addison, San Antonio, Chicago, Atlanta and Beverly Hills and
every location was perfect.

A few tips:

- It's not "all you can eat", it's "all you need to eat". Slow down and
savor the food and don't overdo it. It's not Golden Corral, don't try to
stuff yourself until you need to visit the ER.

- Go "green" for just long enough to get at most two different
selections on your plate, then go "red" and take your time eating before
they get cold. Rest a minute or two and contemplate your next selection
before going "green" again. You can ask any of the passing waitstaff to
send the guy with a particular meat in your direction.

- The waitstaff can also get you extra sauces, horseradish, chimmichuri,
etc. Chimmichuri is my favorite. They even have mint jelly to go with
the lamb, but I never let mint near lamb.

- The papaya cream dessert is not just tasty, it contains papain enzymes
from the papays which will help you digest your meal.
