I'm late replying for the tuna dinner you had the other night but still
wanted to mention what I use for a marinade: Dale's Steak Sauce. It's also
great for swordfish steaks.

I marinate the steaks for a half hour or so and then throw them on the
grill.

Using Dale's is definitely cheating but it tastes great and nothing else is
easier.
