Verrrrry good. I used 4 BIG jalapenos (seeded) and 4 big Anaheim chiles. And I probably had a higher meat:broth ratio. Add just enough chicken broth to cover. Not enough hot pepper punch fo my taste. But still very well seasoned. WAY WAY better the day after. Go figure. If you don't try this and like it you're a full-on goon. -Zz |
