Default Completely OT

Looking at the news, I was struck by this photo, which carries the
"goateed weirdo" meme to a new extreme.

But it turns out he thinks he's a good friend of Miley Cyrus, and was
just waiting for her, in her back yard, carrying scissors.

Miley's photo illustrating the story was even a better use of sculpted
head hair:

I puzzled over the Cyrusian transformation till the answer came to me:
