I'm just getting back into cooking. I worked shift work for years and my wife
and I more or less went our separate ways eating our meals, as she was hungry at 4PM and I was still in bed. I recently bought a Cuisinart Pro Classic food processor. Haven't used it yet, but soon. I'm wondering do I also need a blender, as I haven't owned one in years? Or can I do basically what's called for in a blender in the processor, or is that overkill? Thanks. |
