Default happy fathers day
I'm going to spend the afternoon playing cards with mine (along with my
sister and his wife). Possibly pinochle or 31... Then apparently to an
Italian restaurant. (Italian is LCD.) I hope they have eggplant parmesan!

I wonder if I can make zucchini parmesan. Got about 20 of them about to be
ready for harvesting in a few days... Can I chop them up and freeze? I
love zucchini in spaghetti sauce (or lightly diced on pizza)
