Default Father's Day Breakfast

I'm planning:

Breakfast burritos -- eggs, potatoes, sausage, cheese, salsa on the
side

Yogurt parfaits -- my boys can make these -- layers of vanilla yogurt,
berries, and granola

Maybe cinnamon rolls

That's easy. Just his favorites: Hash browns, sausage, caramel pecan rolls
and scrambled eggs. The special cooking hint with the caramel pecan rolls
is to First polish the pecans to remove every bit of rusty bitter dust with
a soft brush and toast them briefly. For the egg scrambling, I toss out
some of the egg yolks for cholesterol needs and add in just a drop of yellow
food coloring. Makes them look not quite so wimpy. Polly

Don's getting his favorites too.

1) Miso dashi Udon with quartered brussel sprouts

2) 'hash browns' from sweet potatoes, green onions, bell peppers

3) Sunny side up eggs

4) Home made sausage patties

5) Biscuits (southern fluffy type)

Wow, that really does sound interesting. I'll try it soon.
