I like mustard bran in mustard for meat. It shows up as dark flecks in
those mustards that include it. My favorite was Grandfather's Old Dutch Mustard, but I haven't seen it in stores for about fifty years. Does anyone know if it still exists? Kosciusko came close, and it's still pretty good now that Plochman's took it over, but it doesn't quite equal what I think I remember. I find that Ba-Tampte is a fair substitute, not much different from Nathan's, but a lot less costly. Jerry -- Engineering is the art of making what you want from things you can get.
