Interesting thread. I low carbed, and the result was weight loss, major
blood glucose decrease, and major decrease in cholesterol/tryglycerides. Yet I ate high fat while low carbing. I was also interested in the carnatine comment? I buy Fuze Slenderize beverages from time to time. That L-carnatine is one of the ingredients which I had never heard of before. I would swear I experience a surge in mental clarity when I drink one. I personally think when anthropologists look back at humans during the low-fat crazed years they will mark it as a major shift in the animal called human. I am convinced the low fat diet craze-and pregnant women were following this diet-resulted in legions of babies born with as well as grew to adulthood with neurologic impairments-hyperactivity, add, neuromuscular issues, intelligence deficiencies, etc. |
